Anti-Racism and Dismantling Racism Training Requirements
In accordance with General Convention Resolutions 2000-B049 and 2018-A044, Anti-Racism Training is mandatory for all individuals in leadership positions within the Church, both lay and ordained. You may view these resolutions here:

Free Courses:
TEC Sacred Ground Dialogue Circle
A film and readings-based dialogue series on race and faith consisting of 11 sessions, on-line or in person. Curriculum includes documentary films and short videos along with two core books that are required reading. After reading the “Getting Started” documents, you decide to organize a dialogue circle, then you simply need to register the circle, and you will receive an email with a link and password.

ChurchNext
A six-video on-line session with an in-person group session. After completion of the ChurchNext sessions, The Episcopal Church in Southeast Florida will hold a one-time group discussion session.

For Sacred Ground, once completed, the facilitator must submit the names of the participants.
