Clergy & Clergy Spouses' Ministry
The purpose of the diocesan Clergy and Clergy Spouse Ministry is to build relationships among clergy, clergy spouses and families and provide activities that will foster:
- Wellness and self-care of both clergy and spouses;
- Sharing and interaction with other clergy and spouses in settings more conducive to fellowship and friendship than events related to diocesan and parish life;
- Spiritual reflection;
- Family time that includes children of clergy;
- Time for clergy and spouses to regroup and re-energize.
Annual events include a Christmas Party, the Clergy and Clergy Spouses Cruise and the Clergy Family Picnic, as well as retreat and wellness days and fellowship events.
